How to Perform:
Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart and toes pointing slightly out. Lower yourself down whilst raising your arms forward until your achieve the position shown in the second image. Upper legs should be parallel to the floor before you drive yourself back upwards to the starting position. Keep your core engaged throughout the movement to stabilize yourself.
